When a client demands excessive bandwidth, here’s how to handle it: 1.Ask Questions: Understand their actual needs—what apps, users, and traffic patterns they have. 2.Check Usage: Review real data on current bandwidth usage. 3.Explain Clearly: Help them see how much they truly need and the costs of too much. 4.Suggest Growth Options: Offer a plan that scales as their demand grows. 5.Compare Costs: Show the difference in costs between their need and want. 6.Find a Middle Ground: If needed, offer slightly more than their current use, but not too much. This keeps the client happy while staying practical.
