I prioritize stakeholder needs by first assessing the impact of the incident on safety, the environment, and operations. Safety comes first, ensuring all individuals are protected. Next, I evaluate environmental risks to minimize damage. I engage stakeholders through transparent communication, understanding their concerns and objectives. Using a data-driven approach, I align decisions with regulatory requirements and long-term sustainability goals. Collaborative problem-solving helps find balanced solutions that address immediate needs while maintaining trust and accountability among all parties involved.
