Just like the incident of a pipeline rupture along the Obagi Oilfield RoW, the best way to prioritize stakeholders needs is not by being in loggerheads with the community or intimidating them but rather carrying out an impact assessment to know to what extent the spillage has impacted the Environment, soil, and water bodies, and evaluate the safety of people in the area, this cannot be done without the people having a one-on-one dialogue with the operator, that's why I'm saying community engagement is necessary for a safe operation of this pipelines
