    While it depends on the request, in a time where acquiring and keeping regulars is critical as new business lags, I would go out of my way as a server to do what I can to accommodate someone who has been loyal. Especially if this customer has been consistently kind to us in return, I want to ensure they have a great experience. If it’s for a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, etc, I would make sure to communicate with my team, management, and the kitchen to do something special. A special dessert or a round of bubbly goes a long way and speaks to who we are as a community.
