    if you put the effort in up front, meaning TRAINING, the end results are more likely to be a stronger, leaner more effective and safer work force. Proper training ensures employees are learning the safest, most efficient way to perform any task or function. The chances of a more quality product increase greatly with the amount of effective training and tools provided to our operations at the onset. You cannot expect to have a poor training program and expect to get high quality results.

    Debe ser una combinación de aumento de la automatización, capacitación de los trabajadores y reuniones constantes de equipos tanto del mismo departamento contando siempre con los operarios de producción y reuniones interdepartamentales producción, calidad y mantenimiento buscando la mayor velocidad de las líneas de producción con altos estándares de calidad. Para ello hay que avanzar al mantenimiento predictivo, no se puede concebir una industria sin la recogida constante de datos, analizarlos y prever cuando hacer el mantenimiento de las máquinas antes de la merma de calidad o cualquier averia ahorrandonos así tiempo de parada En resumen automátizar, formación, escuchar al operario de base, reuniones periódicas y mantenimiento predictivo.
