Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦 With less than one year to go until FIFA World Cup 26™, Prime Minister Mark Carney welcomed the FIFA World Cup trophy to Parliament Hill in Ottawa. A total of 13 FIFA World Cup 26 fixtures will be hosted across Vancouver and Toronto next summer, the first-ever tournament matches to be played on Canadian soil. FIFA VP Victor Montagliani said: It was an honor to meet with Prime Minister Mark Carney this week and discuss the tremendous potential ahead as the FIFA World Cup 26™ comes to our region. “We had productive discussions about how this tournament will be a defining moment for the country and the meaningful legacy it will certainly create.
