This June, three fearless leaders from Northwest Bank took on a bold challenge — rappelling 357 feet down Chase Tower in Columbus — to support Gracehaven Inc.’s mission to end child sex trafficking in Central Ohio. A huge shoutout to Jennifer Lukat, Retail Credit executive director; Jim Colestro, Chief Retail Lending officer; and Timothy Holman, Residential Lending executive director, for going Over the Edge and helping raise an incredible $15,335 — earning Northwest a spot in the top three fundraising teams!

At Northwest, we’re committed to building a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all. Our five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help create safe spaces where employees can connect through shared experiences. One of those groups, PRISM — our ERG for LGBTQ+ employees and allies — is a vibrant community that champions connection, education and advocacy. This Pride Month, we’re proud to spotlight PRISM co-chairs Benjamin Sterling and Gay Barrett.
