“I thought this would be the other way around.” Would you add your coworkers on social media? What about discussing relationship issues with them? We asked coworkers from different generations to share their thoughts on workplace boundaries and what they learned from hearing each other’s opinions. Generational differences can be an asset in the workplace, providing coworkers different perspectives and experiences to share and learn from. #MultigenerationalWorkforce #Intergenerational #OfficeCulture #WorkLife #AARP

This was a healthy exercise that revealed there's a lot to learn from each other! No reason to close the door before exploring the exchange.

This was super fun! I recently read this book "When We're in Charge" by Amanda Litman. It offered valuable insight into how leadership values/styles are shifting. https://www.amandalitman.com/when-were-in-charge

I love this. Obviously, different generations, different views. It shows we can all learn from each other. I learnt from this

In our team we have a range of 25-65 years old and practically every day I see and feel some differences shown in this video. Moreover I completely agree, that boundaries are changing during interaction between generations. And I like it)

One of the best required HR trainings I did was a deep look at the generational makeup of the organization and how each generation approaches aspects of work. I've had great experiences working with Millenials and Gen Z thus far.
