BofA is loayal to their brand partners, but not to customers of 50 years! I invested my 401k into a startup and worked at it full time through the pandemic. I had over $250k in desposits with their Meryll branch and a private advisor. I started with them as a student in college. When my business failed, they trashed my credit and offered a settlement of me paying 90% of the debt even after writing it off.

My father started with BofA in Southern California in 1987. Good memories!
