Exciting news for providers of general-purpose AI (GPAI) models!   Today, the guidelines on the scope of obligations for providers of GPAI models under the AI Act have been published.   Developed through extensive consultation with industry experts and stakeholders, these guidelines aim to provide legal certainty to actors across the AI value chain.   The guidelines detail requirements for transparency, copyright compliance, and systemic risk management for AI models.
