Flare Scholar Spotlight #86: Ordy Gnewou, Strategy & Investment, Cox Enterprises   Ordy started her career in academia where she worked to earn a PhD in Chemistry from Emory University. She later transitioned to management consulting at Bain & Company, where she advised clients across a range of industries on strategy and transformation projects. Today, Ordy works on the Strategy and Investment team at Cox Enterprises, where she develops investment themes, evaluates new opportunities, and leads core components of the company's enterprise strategic initiatives.   🏥 What is one area of healthcare you are excited about?   "I’m particularly excited about the shift toward value-based care. It fundamentally realigns incentives around patient health and cost efficiency, creating opportunities to improve outcomes, enhance patient experience, and lower the total cost of care."   🌟 What is one fun fact about yourself?   "I'm passionate about yoga and have recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training."
