When I had the privilege of spending time with you at the recent Gorgias Ambassador Retreat, your statement that it’s time to ‘put CX at the centre of the revenue machine’ really struck a chord with me. Now, your call to ‘turn customer experience teams into growth machines’ perfectly sums up my biggest takeaway, and it’s exactly what I’m now setting out to make happen. It’s inspired me to champion a culture shift that makes CX everyone’s priority. I’ve already seen firsthand how powerful this can be, the early results from trialing Shopping Assistant in a few of the stores I work with have been nothing short of inspiring.
