In 2017, we expanded our reach and capabilities by acquiring EKTA and Vega Industries, setting the stage for significant growth. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 ➡ 2017: Acquired EKTA and Vega Industries to boost our portfolio and influence. ➡ 2019: Became part of SPX Corporation, marking a pivotal moment in our journey. ➡ Early 2020s: With the acquisition of Sealite by SPX, we became the largest marine aids to navigation company globally. 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗣𝗫 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 In 2023, we rebranded as SPX Aids to Navigation Oy. This change wasn't just about a new name—it signified our alignment with SPX’s broader vision and our role within a unified division. Reflecting on our journey, we see a legacy of innovation and strategic foresight. From overcoming challenges in the '70s to leading the industry in the 2020s, each phase of our history demonstrates our commitment to excellence and setting new standards.
