He/She is very professional and humble. • Currently at $200k base. This candidate is selectively looking. Candidate 3– Director of Accounting/Controller • CPA • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Accounting. • Almost 10 years Big 4 experience at a Big 4 firm. He/She was a Senior Audit Manager when he left. • Excellent job stability – 2 companies in 20 years – Big 4 firm and a $3 Billion Publicly Traded company. • Strong Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting throughout his/her career. • Looking for $280-$300k TOTAL Package. Combination of Base and bonus or Base and Bonus and Equity Candidate 4 – VP of Finance – Senior Director of Finance • MBA from a top 10 School • 4 years Investment Banking experience • 3 years Big 4 experience in the M&A Group • Extensive M&A experience as well as Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, and Financial Modeling experience throughout his/her career • Currently at $275k base. Candidate 5 - Controller • CPA • 19 years of Public Accounting experience overall. • Almost 13 years of Big 4 experience at Big 4. The candidate left the Big 4 at the Senior Manager level. • Extensive SEC and Technical Accounting experience throughout his/her career. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Looking for $250-$270k base plus bonus potential and equity. Candidate 6 – VP of Finance/Senior Director of Finance • MBA from a top 10 School • 20+ years Public Company/Private Industry experience • 6+ years in Big 4 Consulting experience / Project Management • Extensive M&A experience as well as Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, and Financial Modeling experience throughout his/her career • Seeking $240-260k base plus bonus and equity.
