Halftime Report for MRA Search: Solid revenue production level here in the first half of the year. Our Total Revenue Production could have been better but of course - we hired 4 people on the administrative side and one will be moving to the candidate recruiting side in August. I am very pleased with how quickly the team has progressed. Please keep in mind that I got a new phone, computer and we had to change our CRM - we had been with our prior one for 21 years. Our prior CRM company didn’t thank us when we walked out the door. Of course, the data transfer didn’t do well and the new CRM’s app doesn’t work- etc. My point- changing CRMs is never easy and never goes well. So, we had to deal with all of those distractions while trying to produce. I expect the second half to be a record second half in regards to revenue production. We will be posting around 11 job postings on LinkedIn soon. Of course, we will clean up the posts from our website at that time as well and post our LinkedIn jobs onto our website. We appear to be currently hitting on all Cylinders. Of course, we expect this to continue for the next 2-3 years if not more. This is just our humble opinion and a solid educated guess from our team.
