Ecommerce order tracking & returns done better.

There seems to be a big focus on subscription based ecomm brands taking their order tracking really seriously. As customers, are we just more likely to stay subscribed for longer if we feel brands are keeping us posted on deliveries & recommending the next best products? Anywho, a brand doing this very well is Harry's!
